The Gerber GE-1196 Center Drive Stainless, with bit set is identical to the Ge-1195 in terms of components, but the GE-1196 also includes an assortment of bits, composed of 2 torx bits, 2 square bits, 2 Phillips bits, 3 flat bits, and 3 hex bits. That's 10 additional bits the GE-1185 doesn't have, kept in a bit holder that fits into the included MOLLE sheath along with the multitool. Those additional bits turn the 3.2" magnetic hex driver into a very useful tool for multiple tasks.  Along with the knife blades and pliers. the Center Drive excels in versatility over a conventional knife.
